Redesign site to look professional  

Need a logo and name redesigned to look professional in all file formats.I only have a mockup on a business card.
I don't own a logo only have a mockup.I want a Professional looking logo with my Business name and formated it into all the file formats for printing web design. Logo will be used on website, contracts and invoices, Business Cards, Letter Head,signs,T shirts, ect.
