This is a straightforward - simple four page website
Looking for modern design with web 2.0 feel.
The site will serve as is as a way of having people fill in a simple ten question form
which captures relevant data.
Lay out
Home page - simple welcome page with our logo and a contribtors button.
Contributors ( simple password protected page - user name and password will be same for all users
- A form like page - with questions and boxes which can be filled in by contributors
Contact Us page
Would prefer to work with provider who has experience of setting up data capture type site.
Budget is capped at $ 50 for this and we need it urgently. Please indicate your best price and time it will take

HTML/CSS Very Simple Web Page Needed
will supply the wireframes, most likely PSD files and the graphics for the site so there shouldn't be any design required. I need the wireframes turned into neat, clean and well commented HTML that I can edit later.

once done- I'd like you to provide me 3 other versions with different background colors - so a total of 4
- one with the existing black background like the attached image
- one with a robins' blue color background - #CEF6F5
- one with a dark blue background - #08088A
- one with a grey background color - #D8D8D8

I need a programmer to develop a very simple landing page with About Us, Contact Us, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy links at the bottom. I have all the content and layout ready to go.

Four Page Flash Website + Cms
Visually the site will take cues from the flash into. Initially there will be only 5-6 video clips to be viewed. I need the ability to easily add additional video clips, and to edit the text on the About Us page, so the template needs simple CMS functions.
This is a simple quick job. Someone experienced working with flash web site templates should be able to do this very quickly and cheaply.
Timeframe for delivery: This should not take more than a week.
