I need a CSS and PHP expert and Logo / Website designer to help me changing the look of this website:

You do not need to change the content at all, just the looks, mainly CSS revision.
The finished version need to look completely different from the current one, but even nicer.
In addition, you will need to make a customized NEW LOGO for this site.
Responsibility:
1. Change the theme and Look of the Site ( according to partypoker.com ), i will provide FTP access.
2. Make a customized LOGO for the new site, you will need to provide the PSD file later on.

CSS and PHP Wizard Wanted
We are a popular website running in PHP and CSS. We are seeking a programmer to take on the small job of transforming the banner and header section of each page of the website into a single include so that the entirety of the top of the page on the website can be modified at once with new space for adverts included in it, rather than the current 50 pages that each need changing individually. You must be great at CSS and able to do it pixel perfect.
