I am looking for a team of designers, coders, programmers (the whole lot) who specialize in building complete website package from start to finish. I need a full website build and design for a small luxury rental property. I have many more potential jobs so I am looking for long term relationship with efficient and trust worthy team. Impeccable English written language is essential.
Final and detailed scope will be provided early next week but the main elements of the project are listed below.
Design and functionality are the key elements of this project so expect to demonstrate your expertise in these areas in particular along with the following:
- High end quality of designs for all pages
- Fantastic SEO and keywords
- Clean code: HTML, PHP, MySQL programming and any other programming languages required by client
- Seamless functionality of extra tools listed below
- Excellent coding skills
- Cost efficient with ability to deliver on time
- Low page download time
