Australian Football Club - Database Project

Hi Freelancers,
We have a simple project of searching through websites (the links for each website are provided) finding the football clubs contact details and then finding the football clubs postal address. Once that is found it needs to be entered into a provided excel file.
So the page that has all the links is http://www.vcfl.com.au/
Step 1. Once you enter the above address on the right hand side their are the words "North West" click on that link.
Step 2. Click on the link "http://castlemainefnc.vcfl.com.au/" (that is the first club), then you need to look for the heading "Contact Details" If the postal address is not there, you may need to search around that page and find a specific club website/official website. Once you enter the clubs specific/official website, seach for "Contact Details" or "Contact" and look for a postal address.
The postal address can come in either 2 forms:
PO Box 45 Box Hill 3123 or 19 Tree St Fairfield 3120
Step 3. Once you have found the postal details for that club add them into excel sheet and then move to the next club which is the next link below. You need to do every club until you see the title "Junior"
Step 4. After you have finished all clubs under "North West", go back to www.vcfl.com.au and click on South West and repeat steps 2 and 3.
Step 5: Once you have done South West, go back to www.vcfl.com.au and we also want you to do all clubs under "North East" and "East".
I have attached an excel sheet, in which we want you to put the postal address into. We setup the formatting of the file which we want you to follow.
If after searching the original page and/or the official club website and you can not find a postal address move to the next club. We know that at least 90% of the clubs you will find the postal address.
We have done the first two clubs, so you can practice and make sure that you can complete the project.
If you have any questions please ask prior to bidding.
We look forward working with the successful bidder and please advise how many days you will take to complete project.

Database project oracle PL/SQL; ER diagram; php
Need someone to develop a database project from the begining (ER Diagram, Relational Model, table creation queries, etc). I supply a text in wich the project is based. It's about a virtual restaurant wich make home deliveries. More information given in the text. I presume that will be needed about 7/8 tables.
