Need A Multiple Webpage Scraper - Desktop Application

I need a desktop application made, that will simply go into Linkshare, Commission Junction, and Shareasale and it will scrape all of the links to the products/merchants.
Not my affiliate links, just the main homepage of the merchant link.
It will need to have the option to scrape by category, or just scrape all.
Basically, I will put in my login credentials to whichever site I would like to scrape into the desktop app, and then it will login from my desktop and start scraping.
Then when its done I can extract all urls that it scraped.
For example: Say the merchant is Buy, the link I would want it to scrape is http://buy.com or whatever the HOMEPAGE of that merchant is.
I will NOT be making a milestone payment for this, and project will be paid for when completed and confirmed working, if you bid on this you understand that!

Desktop Application With Flash
