We are an IT Support Company based in Warsaw that specialize in Managing IT & T for Small to Medium Businesses in the whole Poland area.
Our rapidly expanding IT Team looking for an IT all rounder to become an integral part of our team and to continue to grow with us as we expand.
Although our Core business is Providing IT Support for Small to Medium Business, we also cater for all aspects of a Small to Medium Businesses IT & T needs including technologies such VoIP Telephone Systems and everything in between and you will be exposed to a variety of technologies and tasks.
You will also need to be available outside normal business hours on occasion as we have a rotating on call roster (penalty time in lieu and/or additional overtime pay is available)
The job is contact based, 1-2day a week. It will be in different sites, across the whole Poland. You need to be able to drive longer distances with car.
The role consists of a mixture of:
Phone & Remote Support
Regular maintenance & checklist tasks
On-Site Support
Project work such as PC, Server, Network or even VoIP Telephone System installs, upgrades and migrations
Exploring new technologies and products
Offering Consultative & Strategic IT advice to both current and new clients, with the ability to align technologies & solutions to clients business goals
Must be able to Install, Configure & troubleshoot unassisted:
Microsoft Server 2003 , SBS 2003, Exchange 2003, SQL 2000
Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7
Microsoft Office 2000, 2003, 2007
Hardware & Software Based VPNs
Modems, Basic Routers (Cisco preferred but not mandatory)
The required Skills & attributes are:
V.Good Polish and English communication manner & skills, both verbal & written A positive, enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to Multi-Task
MCP or MCSE Qualification or Bachelor Degree / Diploma in IT
Drivers Licence and Vehicle
Additional skills that would be a bonus
