I looking for an extra pair of hands to help someone who is already helping me upload content on my site. I looking for someone who is able to do basically seed content on http://www.asiangayfilms.com/
This is a wordpress site. Uploading of images are easy and video links can be easily uploaded. (NOTE: For Video Upload you just have to link to a Youtube Video thats all.) I am looking for someone to do the following to seed movie reviews on the site. Familiarity with asian gay movies are a plus.
1. I would basically just provide you a movie title link
2. You need to collect relevant Text + Images + Video Links from the internet to upload something similar to http://www.asiangayfilms.com/uncategorized/amphetamine-%E5%AE%89-%E9%9D%9E-%E4%BB%96-%E5%91%BD-2010/
You need to perform the following task
1. Paraphrase the text you gathered so that it reads differently e.g from wiki etc..
2. You should at least get around 50 images per post or whatever is available. So be familiar to search photobucket, flickr and google images..
2. Go to youtube or veoh or tudou.com to search for video related of him and link to it from the site. Should get at least 10 video links or whatever is available.
3. Resize the first image of the post to 540 x 350 (without skewing)
Please quote for test project. I currently paying USD$ 30 for 20 post and would be interested to know if there is anyone else who can do this as cost effectively as my current provider.

NOTE : FAQ : For videos, there is NO UPLOADS. You just have to link to them using a Youtube Link and it works.

I need a way for a user to come to a page (php)(wordpress), upload a wmv or avi, have it convert server side into an .flv and then display it in streaming format on the webpage, in a predetermined size (640x480) with a play and pause button.

You can easily understand all this by looking at the theme (it is available as free download).
This is a simple project since both WordPress and plug-in are in PHP.
