I'm looking to buy a flash car racing game which is in 2d or 3d.... the game should be similar to http://www.miniclip.com/games/rich-racer/en/ ....in terms of the racing..

i'm not interested in look and feel of the game...

elects "Join a race" he writes room name (or if he is invited the name is taken automatically) and joins other player. Then countdown begins and they start...
If you have experience in this kind of multiplayer game you can also write the price for it or maybe even some example which you already made... But if you would rather stick with single play it's OK too, we can start with that.

I want a nice design, the game will be on spanish language (I will send you all text but if you know the language it's will be better).

to make a simple mod of a racing game that changes according to our DLL. The game communicates with our external DLL to decide on some effects during the game.

Any Racing game with good graphics will do, though it should be based on a common game engine.

game effects that are changing while playing are "regular" effects, such as speed, light, sound and others.
