MS Access Database for Invoice Pricing
Required skills: Microsoft Access
I would like an Access Database created to do allow me to do the following.
- Import an invoice CSV file or manually with product qty, codes, descriptions, unit and total costs. The costs are in US$ .
- Manually update the order with any additional costs, e.g. shipping, VAT, duty and these amounts will be added together and allocated equally across the items in the invoice.
- On some invoices the additional costs may be in $ and on others £GBP.
- At a later date I can add in the GBP value for the $ element of the invoice and it will convert all $ values to GBP for the invoice. This will give the total £GBP price per unit that I have paid.
- The database must be accessable from any computers on my local network.
If you are interested in this piece of work please let me know how you would go about it and I will forward a spread sheet with manual examples of this for you to see.
At a later date I may need you to add further functionality to work out shipping prices etc.

Publish An Ms Access Database
I need to somehow publish an MS access database so that it can be accessed via the internet. I want the menu to be a page and then the data to be entered right from the page.
The problem is I do not have a .ASP or MS compatible server.

MS Access database for price benchmark
i need the architecture for a database in MS access which is supposed to perform price benchmark calculations. a detailed brief of what I need is attached.
MS Access database editing
individual clients invoices, save these individual invoices as a pdf, and then email to clients. Way too cumbersome.
We are willing to speak with a Access programmer on possible solutions if editing in not possible, ie. a complete overhaul of the database to make it more efficient and user friendly. If we are happy with the work, future modifications and maintenance will be arranged.

Convert MS Access Database to MySQL Tables
ust have a few tables to go so need somebody who can do this work today.
I also need help with the tables that have been imported. They were imported as duplicate tables like if i had students table originally in mysql then we made another called students2 for the new imported ms access data.

am-GB-Chl into columns that specify the horse, trainer, jockey, finishing position and the in play highs and lows etc. This is just one race meeting for the day, there are frequently more than one every day.
You can use macros or any other GUI, I just need to be able to specify a date range, eg 2011, and be able to download this range of data into access. I have attached an example of how I want the data to look like in access.

I realise I'm not on a huge budget, so I'm not asking for you to rebuild the database. I expect it will probably take you a few hours to check it over and produce a document with your feedback, followed by an email exchange over the course of a few days for any clarification or questions.
