We need a good script that can import our old databases to a new one and with new database schema. The migration should not affect our old system.
We have created about 2000 databases and each database having about 40 tables and each table an average of 500 records. (2000 x 40) tables

We have now redesigned to one database and 40 tables. We now want to migrate. See attached.

product_id together with the price should be inserted in an other table. The script should be PHP and will be put in a cron to run on a daily basis.
