Betfair API: Simple VB Code for outputing soccer odds

I need a simple program with source code as follows ..
The code prompts for a date. After entering the date the program creates a .csv file (filename = <date entered>) listing all the soccer fixtures for that date in Betfair showing date,league,teams, and the current "Match Odds" event and listing the six current top odds for Back Home, Lay Home, Back Away, Lay Away,Back Draw, Lay Draw. Must include all soccer matches which ever coupon they are on e.g In-Play or unmanaged. The ordering doesn't matter

07/05/2010,J-League,Kobe,Iwata,2.48,2.5,3.55,3.6,3.15,3.2

The "match odds" selection shown above should be a parameter of the function e.g it could be called with "Over/Under 2.5 goals"
Must use the Betfair FREE API
Must not reqire any non-free libraries etc
Please tell me approx how long the program will take to run for any given Saturday's fixtures e.g. about 100 matches (eg. I know there are some frequency restrictions for using the free api)
Must run/compile for Visual Basic 6.0
Must include source code
Code must be commented please
You must be able to provide support (call or email) if I have any (one off) problems intergrating the code to my own VB programs

Simple iphone/android Betfair application

I dont know if it matters but I thought I would mention that this application will be a personal betting tool which will help me identify (live) betting automated opportunities. I don't want the application to place any bets (yet)- how I will do this is my own problem. However placing bets may be a future functionality. That is why I might require the source code in case I want to upgrade the program.

- Closes upon successful save

VB code redo: fast project for visual basic expert by suttree
rom each box in wizard user will choose one pre-filled or choice to use, and move on to next with another set of 20-30 choices. At the end you will have your html page (5 templates will be chosen from the beginning). At the end you will end up with a html page, which will need to be edited via the built in html editor (the existing program does not have this)

UPS API code for onsite shipping costs calculations
.NET for the UPS API shipping costs calculations. This is slightly complicated because we will have shipping going out from several destinations, and thus, is not the common code for UPS API. I spoke with the UPS technical support and they said it is possible, but the code needs to be written by me (i.e. they don't provide it). It also has to be compatible to the shopping cart software that I'm using, onlybusiness.com which is in .NET
