simple iphone sound app with image looping

hello,
I'm requesting an iphone sound app project.
I have all the icons designed already. just need a coder to complete the app.
1.need splash screen
2.image loops forever in background
3.start button to play sound, sound loops forever when play, stop button to stop sound.
(sound should still play when device turns black/sleeps)
4.info icon, when touch; screen flips to info page and flips back when closes.
5. need admob ads on top of screen.
require this to be OS 2.2.1 & 3.0+ compatible & no errors please.
please see the attach file to check design.

You must to find a solution to remove the extra character using a DEVICE and after that play the video and this process have be faster
