Quick Training Video Editing

Hello,
I would like to edit a 1.50 minute training video. The edits are very simple. I will provide you with the logo and video in .wmv format (Windows Media) format. Along with the loops I wish to use. I will also tell you exactly where to edit the video at the start, in the middle and close it up in the end. I do need this work done asap as I have to get this training video uploaded. File size is 203 MB and I will provide you with FTP information to download the video.

Here is an example... assume the video has a text line that says -
"This is a big dog" and the name is in the video multiple time.. is there a solution to edit that portion of text in video on the fly?

I created a 28 minute Power Point with audio in Camtasia. I also have a short intro sequence before the PP and an exit sequence.
I need these put together and then provided as a .flv file or something we can use on the internet.
The editing should not take more than a few minutes for something that knows how to properly use Camtasia.
