1. Home page - with quote request form that sends to an email address.
2. Contact page - with same email function.
3. Our Services - page with changeable text field.
4. Tips - page with changeable text field.
No database or storage required. Mail forms with site design. See http://www.merrymaidsclean.com/ for similar concept but not as detailed. I need all design and graphics done. The site is for a pool cleaning service and pictures and graphics should represent that. You quote should include at least one rework of the graphics if I am not satisfied on the first example.

I need a website customized (design) and logo created
background with the sun in the corner, kind of cartoony. The logo needs to have cartoon looking candy (sweettarts and candy bars) with some writing.
