I need a CSS and PHP expert and Logo / Website designer to help me changing the look of this website:

The finished version need to look completely different from the current one, but even nicer.
In addition, you will need to make a customized NEW LOGO for this site.

PSD to HTML/CSS and Wordpress Theme + Convert Existing Site

Note, there is no "design" work here, just slicing PSD to code (both html/css and a wordpress theme) and spending a couple days modifying the existing static site to the new template you sliced. Integrating the Perch CMS should be a breeze -- a matter of adding a few lines of code to every page on the website.
