I need a CSS and PHP expert and Logo / Website designer to help me changing the look of this website:

You do not need to change the content at all, just the looks, mainly CSS revision.
The finished version need to look completely different from the current one, but even nicer.
In addition, you will need to make a customized NEW LOGO for this site.
Responsibility:
1. Change the theme and Look of the Site, i will provide FTP access.
2. Make a customized LOGO for the new site, you will need to provide the PSD file later on.
