I'd like to get a website to manage leads and property listings through forms and databases.
I am a Graphic Designer and I will help with the layout, buttons, graphics, photos, whatever I can do, so I want us to communicate often :) I am good with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. I will send all visuals to illustrate my intentions to you.
Project Description (Open to suggestions)
Database 1:
Filled by site visitors through form 1, 2, 3 ("Continue" button on forms 1 and 2 and "Submit" button on form 3).
Database 2:
Filled only by Admin through form 4.
Database 3:
Filled by site visitors through form 5.
Database 4:
Filled by site visitors through form 6.
Some forms will also act like a search engine displaying results with thumbnails.
Form 7 will be used like a search by curious/non-registered visitors and will display limited results.
Welcome page:
Slow slideshow fading pictures in/out.
4 large rollover buttons (Buy - Sell - Rent - Just curious)
Buyers, Sellers, or Renters will login or Register
Curious visitors will just browse/search and get limited listings.
Thank you page:
After Buyers, Sellers and Renters submit their forms
View your matches buttons (Buyers and Renters get a list of properties according to their criteria)
Match page:
After buyers and renters submit their forms they get a list of properties that matches the keywords in the form.
"What's Happening?" page:
Maintained by admin with text and images like a blog.
"About the Property Fair" page:
About me, bio, head shot, schedule, info about the Property Fair.
Contact us page:
Maybe a contact from or just contact info.
**Other non-essential features need to be discussed. I have no idea how to describe them. Feel free to ask.
