We need sopshisticated website for Mail Forwarding Company
New Member Registration
Purpose: Allow a New User to register with website by inputting Personal/Shipping Address related information. Once information is validated, user will have to pay $ 35.00 Registration Fee via LiqPay in order to Activate their Membership with the website. Membership will be created for the period of 1 month starting with the Registration Date.
The following information needs to be filled by a New User:
Personal
1. User ID
2. Password
3. Name
4. Phone
5. Gender
6. Birthday
7. E-mail
Shipping
8. Country
9. Street
10. Town
11. Postal Code
Upon completion of the Registration process, a New User will be presented with a Registration Payment Option via Liqpay where $ 35.00 Invoice will be automatically posted for a Newly Registered user.
Once the $ 35.00 Registration Fee is paid, the Membership of a New User will be activated for 1 month starting with the Registration Date.
Member’s Login
Purpose: Identify a Registered Member to the website
User will be presented with option to identify them to the website by keying in User ID and Password.
Properly identified users will proceed to the My Account pages (described below).
My Account
Purpose: Enable a Registered User to display their newly Arrived Packages at your Warehouse (Inbox), Select Packages for Shipments, display Package Shipments History and Maintain Membership Information.
On our website, My Account sub-menu options will be as follows:
1. Inbox
2. Outbox
3. Shipping History
4. Manage My Account
In case of the “Expired Membership”, “Manage My Account” option will be the ONLY OPTION ENABLED from the described above sub-menu.
A User Communication Area needs to be established within all of the pages presented to the Registered Users. This area will inform a user of:
1. Membership Expiration Date for Active Members or
2. Message: “Your Membership has expired. Please extend it by using ‘Manage Account’ option”
Manage My Account
Purpose: Enable a Registered User to Maintain their personal information and pay for their Membership.
User will have ability to:
1. Change/Update Personal Information
2. Add/Change/Delete Shipping Addresses
Ability to extend Membership within the website should be included in the Manage My Account webpage.
Users will be presented with 2 options in regards to extending their membership:
1. Pay $ 60.00 for 6 months Membership or
2. Pay $ 110.00 for 12 months membership
Depending of the selection, invoice for $ 60.00 or $ 110.00 will be automatically generated via Liqpay.
Manage My Account function should be similar to this webpage:
Inbox
Purpose: Inbox will give users ability to monitor all of the their packages received at our warehouse. Users will have ability indicate which and how selected packages will be shipped to their designated address.
Upon receiving packages at our US based warehouse, we will be updating tables in the Database with all of the relevant information concerning these packages.
Eventually we will have the Administrative Module which will allow our stuff “easy” way of inputting packages information via website. However, for now, we will use SQL Insert statements for this purpose.
