Bulk Email EXPERT needed to optimize email server

We host our own bulk email server and need a bulk email expert to optimize the server for maximum delivery and reduce the detection of SPAM.
Currently, the simplest text email sent from this system is marked as junk mail in MS Outlook. 99% of our recipients use Outlook and Exchange server to receive email. We also use ConstantContact.com for email marketing and do not have this issue. The right candidate will be able to analyze the difference in the emails, headers, etc, to optimize our server for similar results.
Our current setup is cPanel and Exim. Candidate should be able to optimize Exim or recommend another email daemon that they can optimize, ie Postfix, or other. We also need recommendations to keep email deliverability at a maximum, including bulk email best practices.
We DO NOT SEND SPAM. We are a legitimate Marketing company sending 100% CAN-SPAM compliant email. This need is IMMEDIATE.
