Minor Server Modification and Bittorrent Script Install

Background Information
I recently signed up for VPS.net and need some help with some minor tasks (see deliverables). The installed an image that has Nginx, MySQL, and PHP pre-installed. The successful candidate will be given the IP, and the SSH username and password with root access. We will communicate either by email, Skype, or Google Wave if you prefer. I will give you more thorough instructions than I have provided in this deliverables section, and will not add any new tasks for you to do. What needs to be done shouldn’t take more than 1 hour, I just don’t simply have the time to spend time on it.
Deliverables
- Install FTP server (must create FTP user with pre-given username and password)
- Install phpMyAdmin
- Install TBDEV – installing this script literally takes two minutes, all that needs to be edited is the /include/config.php and announce.php files. I will provide the instructions on what to edit.
* The script requires that PHP is not in safe mode, and that the server has GD2 enabled for captcha
Payment
I do not have Paypal, just moneybookers, so if that is a problem for you please do not bid on this project. I am willing to pay up to 60 USD for this job to be done properly; it does not matter to me if this job is done within a day, or up half a week.
