Need Someone to create a flash banner for me

Hello,
I need a flash banner (468x60) created for me.
My budget for this is $ 10, so bid only if you can accept that.
Below are a few details that I need om the banner.
1. First image will be of a some industries/factories and a styled Text will come from right to left. After some time it'll be fade out keeping the second image as background.
2. Second Image will be a Bus (Volvo/Mercedes) and again a text will come from left to right. After some time, the image and text will slide to right keeping the third image as background.
3. Third image will be a Educational Institute (Blur any name on it). This time, the text will be on it from beginning. After some time, this image will slide to left keeping the 4th image as background.
4. Fourth image will be of a Hospital with a Red Cross sign on it (Blur any name on it). Again there will be a Text on it from beginning. After some time, it will be fade out and the first slide will show and it'll keep repeating itself.
Please PM me your sample of if any. And, I need it in a day or two.
