Small remote control application over Internet

I am looking for a remote control program, for remote monitoring PCs over Internet.
I am current using www.logmein.com Free version, but I am looking to have my own
I need to be able to remote access the user's computer over the internet, by having the customer accessing my website and have something like "press here to start the remote control" , we can probably use a log in option with user/pass. anything that you can probably suggest.
This is a similar project on GAF
Uses the typical server, server builder, and client server program configuration, which allows to execute from client commands on the target remote machine (which runs the server whose behavior can be controlled by the server editor).
OS supported: Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista/ Windows 7
For 32-bit & 64-bit Windows operating systems (both Servers & Workstations).

The operational data should include the client location, location weather high and low, last maintenance date, etc. There is a emergency button on the client so that once the button is pressed, a emergency signal is sent to the server in order to alert the admin for immediate action. As for the remote control part, the server able to control the client wirelessly, such as shut down the client.

Very simple Remote Control program

The url where the xml is retrieved should be configurable as well as the time interval needed to reload the xml again.
It will be desirable that the program runs as a service with an icon in the system tray and minnor GUI to allow configuration.
Full comented compilable source code of the application must be included.
