Need Website Designed - SecondaryPublicOfferings.com

Hi,
I would like SecondaryPublicOfferings.com to be a stock trading website that describes how to invest in secondary public offerings. It will provide a certain amount of information for free, and a certain amount only to paid subscribers. It will be constantly updated, in part through automatically harvesting of information from the web, in part via updates by me (manual posts, and automatic updates from my twitter or facebook account. Specifically:
* Harvesting: It needs to be able to harvest certain stock related information from another website and post it (needs to be legal - but it's all public information, so I think it's okay. I can point you to the information I'm talking about.) Some of this information will be in chart form (like a stock price over time).
* Ecommerce: allows people to sign up for a free trial, which automatically turns into a billed subscription after 7 days. Preferably I would like to accept at least one form of credit card (probably VISA) - I haven't set up a vendor account with any credit card agency yet, but can. Be nice if you could walk me through that. I assume paypal would also be okay. I also want there to be advertising on the website that I can earn money from and a link to purchase my book.

Other than that - it should be a fairly simple website, probably only about 10-15 separate pages to start with. Each time I invest in a public offering (maybe once per month) - I would likely need to add a page just for that offering that can be linked to when I mention the offering in any post.
I want it to be simple but elegant - it shouldn't look cheap, and it shouldn't look like a template or a mere blog. If you could come up with a nice logo - that would be nice too.
