Updating tables website to css to support new browsers

Website was originally designed using tables. New browsers don't support tables properly making my site look weird, and also it has affected functionality.

I need my website to be able to work with explorer 7 and 8 as well as new versions of firefox without my pages getting distorted. Explorer 7, 8 and new firefox versions have moved some of my pictures around breaking the main picture design and causing faults.
Need my website to work with all browsers without change of layout or functionality.

2010-01-12 Retreat Website Conversion from PSD to CSS/XHTML

We have various css files running with the current website which we will hand out to the winning bidder.
First of all you will create a new mockup. Once we have accepted the new layout you will convert it to css.
To complete the work you will have to send us the css files and the PSD files.
