We're in need of an experienced programmer that can build TWO sleek web price calculators for our company's Joomla-based website.
The first calculator (screenshot = web_price_calculator.jpg) is, mathematically, straight forward.
The second calculator (screenshot = print_price_calculator.jpg) is a little more mathematically involved, requiring the calculator refer to a separate table on multiple occasions for pricing categories (for example, someone ordering a quantity of 12,500 items would fall into the category 10,000-12,999 meaning the cost for each item would be .0078 cents. However, if they had ordered 9,500 they would have fallen into the category 7,000-9999 meaning the cost for each item would be .0089 cents)
These calculators should be a pleasure to interact with. The sliders should slide smoothly, very similar to the following example:

The programmer will be responsible for ensuring that the calculator can be easily embedded into Joomla content and that no library conflicts exist between the calculator and the website (javascript, jquery, ajax, etc.). The calculators should be standalone and do NOT require any interfacing with Joomla itself.
We have the excel document, and the calculator logic completely and clearly written out for the chosen winner of this project. We also have PSD files with layers that should be used for the graphics. These documents are available to you upon request. In addition to the word and excel documents, I will also provide you with sketches which will further clarify logic. Clarification on calculator logic will also be available through telephone, MSN, ICQ, or AIM.
