enter 1,000s entries from xml file into mysql database

I am looking for someone to write a php or mysql (or both) script that will take the xml file that I have with 10,000's comments and place them in the appropriate spot in the wordpress database(mysql). The xml file is from blogger.
The auto-import did not work once past 7,000 comments. So I need to enter them in DB automatically - including the right date and post association.

Xml-file To Mysql Php Script
a from a XML-File to 2 MySql Data Tables, written in PHP.
There are only 5 value for each record that i need from the XML-file. I will give you the key-names.
You must run some checks, if record already exists or not, create a new top-record and add some sub-records.
I think the work for the script will take about 2-3 hours.

XML file to MYSQL Database with PHP
must have experiance handling xml with php and have knowlage of mysql. Full spec on table names and feilds please see attached documents.

XML feed to MYSQL database plus other info
