3D Character Modeling Low poly 3D for collada export

I'm finding somebody able to make a 3D character based on my sketch. I'm doing a presentation of a game project for my course conclusion.
The work is:
Modeling a Low Poly character (human - comic - boy under 14years - using a skate board "I'll provide a sketch")
Rigging it
3 animations of skateboarding tricks ( Ollie, flip and grind ) very short
Character and animations exported to .dae files.
It's not a commercial work, please, remember this when you bid.
There's a first sketch linked. It's not the final sketch but it will have few details.

I need 3 original working files, character modeling, rendering the character only for ONE IMAGE and the final animated copy. All in MAX file so i can change later on if i wanted to.

sign direction. Each animation should be a separate Max file.
Poly count should be triangles between 3,000 - 4,000 with about 100 bones.
Animations will include:
Walk
Run
Jump
Sit on ground
Stand up
Idle (Standing Position)
Combat Idle (ready Stance)
Dying falling
A custom move based on character

Site Pics of building to be modeled, for example- tajmahal, gateway of india etc etc
What we need-
Low poly 3d textured models with two variants, one- modeled within 200 polygons, second- modeled within 500 polygons.
Modeler preferably from Mumbai so that we can meet & discuss in detail. Will be a 5 month contract for 1000 plus similar models

oking to purchase low poly objects for use in a video game I do work in.
I made a similar post yesterday before realizing what to expect. I saw some amazing work but quickly realized it was not what I need for my application. We try to keep the file sizes as low as possible.
Id like to see portfolios if you have them of all types of items.

e. The characters are animals.
Some models are Multitexture and we need mix all that textures in one bitmap.
Also we need the low poly models with rigging (only for the body).
Please, we only consider people with low poly modelling experience and examples online. Also in your bid we would like see only the price per one model.

We have a limited budget at this time and no good funding yet. But you will get paid on the 3d work. When the project enters Beta-Stage and you are still with us, we will offer a additional revenue share deal for you.
