URGENT: Repair a Magento Installation
ento installation (1.7.2) the backend shows the following symptoms that need to be corrected:
- section "General" in System > Configuration is not displayed.
- section "Advanced" in System > Configuration is not displayed.
I installed a fresh Magento, changed the Template, added some Cats and Products.
I am sure a Magento Pro is aware of this symptom so it might be easy to fix.
Need this fixed ASAP!

and a new installation of the latest Magento Community Shopping Cart installed with Spanish Language pack and database enabled. Would like the english and spanish version so users can choose between the two. Will also need installation of a skin for the website that was made for magento ecommerce.
