Mighty Resources Template for radio stations (joomla site)

I am using Mighty Resources component(http://www.mightyextensions.com/joomla-components/resources-cck-custom-content-types) in a joomla site!I attach an image to show how exactly i want the to be done!Below you ll find a detailed guide for the image.
A module to display recently listened stations(Arrow 1 in the image) and show up to 15 stations that the user can see if he uses the front and back arrows(Arrow 2 in the image). Same situation for the favorited stations.
User chooses a category from the list(Arrow 3 in the image) and then with ajax(without reloading the whole page) stations appears in the box that is on the right( Arrow 4 in image)!i want stations to appear one by one with a fade-in effect. In the box that is located at the bottom (arrow 5 in image) i want to display the providers of the station so user can choose. Providers will be shown after a user click on a station (Arrow 4 in image)one by one with a fade-in effect and reload with ajax if he changes a station.

Looking For Help On Joomla Site
4.- Checking and cleaning up all orphaned folders, files created by modules, plug-ins.... which are NOT in use.
5.- Any needed adjustments to make sure that the site will run properly with current server of Hostgator and to avoid errors.

I need a professionally done template for my current Joomla site. The site is an entertainment site so it have to be of a VERY HIGH QUALITY, that evokes an entertainment look and feel.
