I want the iPhone app as well. Someone told me that if my website is a flash, Google won't recognize it the search and that would cause me to have no hits. Is this true? My website needs to be updated from time to time. I would like to have the capability to change photos and word contents on my own with a wysiwyg editor or something that does not need programming. I used to have a website done before and they have provided a site where I can change and edit my contents.

It will have a city map, photos, weather. Also it will have 9 videos for each of the topics like attractions, tours etc that you can watch.

This should be a pretty straight forward app development for anyone with experience. Need this done for a good price and please PMB app building experience. There are many similar apps in the app store.
