Need a utility program to convert images to RTF format
Required skills: .NET, C Programming, C++ Programming, Delphi, Visual Basic
I need a utility program that can run with parameters to convert image files to RTF format. The program must be an executable (.exe file) and will be called from an existing windows application using parameters as follows:
CONVERT.EXE [c:dir1image.jpg] [c:dir2image.txt] [option]
Where image.jpg is an image of any standard popular format include jpg, bmp, gif, tif, png, pcx etc; and image.txt is an ascii text file which will contain the RTF code. The code produced will be appended to an existing RTF created by the windows application.
The [option] parameter will indicate if the RTF code created must be stand alone code or only the code for the image. Stand alone meaning that one can open the RTF file as is. By default no option is specified meaning that the code being generated will be used with or inserted into existing RTF code.
You can write it in any language just as long as it is standard and the end result is an EXE file. I do not want the source code, I just want it to work without any bugs. You will need to supply all necessary accompanying files, like ocx etc. If I need changes in the future, obviously I will deal with you.
This is a very simple program to make.
