Setup of Linux (LAMP) Hosting, SMTP Server  

I need an experienced programmer to create a automatic setup script to turn raw linux server ( with only OS) to a full fledged SMTP server with DKIM/SPF and authenticated SMTP.

Note: Use of domain will not be necessary. The SMTP server should use IP of the VPS as the SMTP host.

Setup barebones Linux Box with software needed for webserver, including but not limited to:

server configuration dns, nameserver, etc
apache
php
mysql
ffmpeg (and other components)
WHM/CPanel Alternative

Need quick turnaround

control multiple servers and pick and choose the IP and domain distributing the load by all.
It needs to have a send speed minimum of 250k per hour per server.

Don't bid unless you absolutely master e-mail marketing and know the best practices to keep the ips whitelisted and guarantee above 90% delivery rates. You are expected to have previous experience with setting up email servers for high volume sending and to prove this.

the functioning SSL their is a script of some sort that is forcing the links in the html code of the site to change dynamically to SHTTP:// instead of HTTP:// to ensure proper security. We would want this removing as it prevents certain things from happening.
We also require a robot script putting in place to prevent google from searching our sites whilst they are being created. We would need details of how to remove this afterwards too.

I have a Linux VPS server which hosts a number of domains. I need to send out fairly large amounts of marketing email and I need to set up a DKIM service for three of the domains.

I already have SPF and DomainKeys running via a Plesk 9.5.2 control panel.

Pretty much anything you can do in System.Net.Mail just without having to use an smtp server just talking directly to the mail server.

o the server. I want to use this server for bulkemailing. I have setup Sendmail as my smtp. The problem so far is that I can receive emails but when I want to send emails it fails. I am looking for someone to configure sendmail correctly so I can send emails to any email address that will be provided to me. I also want an explaination to what I did wrong for future references. After I have accepted a pro I will provide login details and all other asked for info.
