I've a web application using php5. All languages files are written in php with "defined variables".
I need a tool which allow translator to see references files and write translated files.
So this translation tool will :
- open reference files. It's zip file with several php files directory and sub directories. All directories must be parsed.
- open translated files. It's zip file with several php files directory and sub directories. All directories must be parsed. It can use specials encoding like hebrew, russian, chinese, but english or italian too. Translated files can be empty or missing, so if we have this case, your apps must create or complete translated file.
php language files can have some php instructions and not only defined variables. These instructions must be respected in translated files.
Take care : translators aren't php coder, so your translation tool must hide all php data.
When job is done, translator can export translated files to a zip file.
Your translator apps must run on windows (mac and linux are optional).
In your bid tell me :
- which os can be used
- programming language used (you'll have to send me all sources files and rights)
- if an installer is needed
- how do see GUI
It's not an urgent job, you can use C, VB, Borland, php, as you want.
I added an example of reference zip file and a partial translated zip file with specific encoding.

4. Add Translation tool. This tool will have the existing words from each page and all we need to do is translate it in a section in our admin panel. Once translated it will appear on the proper page. Pages range from 1 to 20
All modifications and tools need to be added to subdomain as well.

I need a native French speaker who could translate about 2000 items from English to French with PoEdit.
I liced in France for 10 years, so i could check if french is your native language or if you use a translation-tool.
You have to know PoEdit.
There are about 2000 Items. An Item could be a word or a complete sentence.

I'm making a website using LAMP and I'd like a Machine translator similar to SystranBox, or Google Translation.
I suppose it should be possible to use Google tool or other gadget to integrate it in website, but I don't know.
I'am looking for a solution and integration.
The more languages I can get, the more it's good.
I am also interested about dictionnaries.

When making your bids, please state which of the languages you would be able to translate for us, and the bid for each one. We will most likely be selecting multiple winners, so if you can only do one language of the 10, feel free to bid. But the more languages you can do the better b/c the less projects we have to run the better.

I want a tool to be placed on my website so that it can be translated in any language. 7 Language translations is just fine.

We would like to have the simplest of the simplest translation tool. A front-end to our Mysql db. It should simply display all cells from languge 1 to the left and then display all cells from language 2 to the right. Languge 2 should be editable.

1) Arrange a Chinese Host [ideally in Beijin] (and Chinese URL)
2) Build the website (based on an english website I have have)

Chinese to English news stories translation
a total of about 20 items per month on an ongoing basis. Translated items will be between 100 and 200 words long and will often only require a summary of the original news item. My goal is to include these news items as part of a global email newsletter to a specific group of recipients. Based on my own experience, this job should not require more than one hour per week.
