FAQ script

I have a website where I sale PHP scripts.
I need you to create a FAQ script like the one in the attachment.
The script will have a search box where users can find questions.
The main page shows the questions and when the questions are clicked, they expand and show the answers. If the question is clicked again then it closes. See an example at http://rapidshare.com/faqx.html
Admin can post questions and answers and they are automatically approved.
Users can submit questions but, all questions need to be approved by the administrator. The admin can edit, approved, or delete all question. The answers to those questions can also be modify or removed.
The answers can have images, URL links, bold, italic, HTML, etc. Only the administrator has those features. Users can only submit questions in plain text.
The administrator can disable users submissions. That means that only the administrator can submit and respond questions. This feature is useful for website owners that do not want users to submit questions because all questions and answers are included by the administrator.
The main page must show the last 30 question then automatically create pagination to other pages such as 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on.
This new script will be for sale as part as my script store.

Faq Script Mod

That's it. My guess is you would need to add a field for passwords to the questions. Then when the login with the password it would query the database based on the password. Not sure if more involved than that.
This is php and mysql based. FAQ is a purchased script that can be modified as needed on my site.
Need a fairly quick turn around on this. A few days if possible. Will award quickly for right price.

Skin/template Faq Script
I am using a slightly older version of KBpublisher, a faq script, and I need it skinned so that it matches a new site design I am working on. It uses html templates.
It is all tables and I need it pure validated xhtml/css, with NO tables, so it can match. I will give you the template and css file and even let you work on it live.
Need someone who is fluent in CSS and can make this work for me.

The site needs to have a professional hi-tech look about it.
I already have a logo for the site which is currently stored as a jpeg file, this will probably have to be cut in half as there are two logo’s on the one image, as well as reduced in size before you add it to the site.

I will end the transaction if you are more than 24 hours over your time quote. I have to do this because there are too many GROSSLY INCOMPETENT freelancers on here that think they can do crappy work at whatever pace they want once funds are in escrow. I am a professional, you should be as well.
