Need to develop hardware schematic and firmware for a Car Tracker with 2 Input and 2 Output
using SimCom300Z GSM Devices and SirfStarII Based or uBlox GPS Device
Using STC mcu, or even MicroChip or Atmel 80xx based mcu
this is trial project:
if all works OK have to develop also basic Personal tracker and advanced Car and Personal tracker, with MEMS sensor, ARM MCU, Data Storage, multiple I/O and web based server solutions, as well as data loggers and other gps/gsm based devices

Os X Server Portable Folders Fix

The issue is that when one of the workstations attempts to login, the username is picked up from the server and displayed correctly on the login dialogue, but kicks out and throws the error. See the screenshot.
We need the following:
1. For the logins and Portable Home Folders to work again (they were working perfectly before the move)
2. The process to fix the issue to be shown to our in house engineer so he can do the same fix to all our other workstations.

We need someone with a knowledge of Request tracker and Perl to do a few things in our system. We are using RT to track support enquiries and RMA's. tracker will be in sleep mode all time, and wake up after periodic intervals and look for tracking request.
In sleep mode it should consume least battery in such way that it will run continuously on 1100mAh battery
