Transfer website to new hosting ASAP

6gb worth of files that needs to be moved to hostgator VPS hosting.
The current site uses Cpanel but the new hosting uses Virtuozzo (VZ Panel). I need this moved over today if possible. IMPORTANT - Once it's moved over it needs to be checked so that it's working correctly also.
