Word doc LetterHead Template  

I have about 500 written notes on facebook. I need someone to manually go through those notes and copy and paste them into a word doc - based on a template I send you.

consists of two parts. An online application and a second part that is optional. They should be able to submit the form after the first Section if they don't want to go on and finish the whole Online Application. The site is of high quality so the form will have to have the right appearance. I need the Word Doc Template decorated as well so when the client gets it and prints it it looks Professional.

n Word and I need you to apply your design skills to add photos, create a colourful, bold and vivid document. It will be easy to read (it will also be printed off and put into a folder so it will look like a A4 size booklet).
I want to be able to modify the text and photos myself, so I require the Word doc, not just a PDF!

We have a estimate/contract we use and created and use in word, that we need converted into pages or numbers to work on iPad

5. You wont be able to get the pages looking perfect, like in the PDf's but would be good to have the design fit in with the look and feel of the web site www.apartmentservice.com

acceptable is ms word, no RTF.

The format for the file is simple and basic. A template could be used if desired. Each word file must be named after an entry in the database such as IR1.0.doc.

A standard logo will be part of the word doc file.

Additional Info (Added 7/26/2008 at 10:11 EST)...The completed word file should then be emailed or dowloaded to the logged in admin person so it can be placed on their local computer.

I need 2 Word.doc's formatted into a HTML template. First .doc is 9 pages and includes 13 pictures. Second .doc is 7 pages and includes 4 tables.

I will supply Word.doc's and HTML template. Most formatting is done via css so your job will be to put paragraphs inside "p" tags and format tables and pictures.

string tokens within it. for example: replaces all occurrences of <<MYNAME>> with JSMITH.

you can use for that apache poi, openOffice api, docconverter.. or non of the above. it's your call
