Are you a wordpress theme guru?

Can you design clean, slick, and good looking artwork?
If so, I'm after a wordpress theme designer who can create multiple unique themes for some travel related sites.
Ultimately I'm after a theme where the design is so good it doesn't detract from the content, but enhances it.
Each theme needs to be:
-Clean and tidy looking, with good use of whitespace, borders, lines, headings, etc.
-User friendly - built on usability best practices.
-Web 2.0 looking - with clean colors and gradients.
-Must have valid XHTML and CSS.
-Widget friendly.
-Easily incorporate a number of travel photos into the posts.
I'm not after a "hack job" - I'm after someone who has a good eye for user friendly design, to create some high quality themes from scratch.
I have at least three themes that I need created, with more to follow in the future.
My writers are not very technically capable, so all photos that they add through the WYSIWYG editor must display nicely by using CSS.
The theme should also look consistent on a number of the major browsers (IE 6-8, FF 2-3, Safari etc).
Each theme becomes our intellectual property, so you can't use it or sell it, or make it available to download as a free or paid theme - this is because it is unique and we are paying you for the design.
In your bid please give me the price of each theme - so I know how much each subsequent theme will cost.
You should also PM me with samples of themes you've created before, plus any examples of graphic design or css styling you've done in the past.
