Clarification on item 2:

A tree-like structure database needs to be designed and need to be integrated into the Drupal framework -> admin must be able to manage it and users may view it. This db will primarily handle a system of points. DB queries must be generated from a simple arithmetic expression defined by the admin. The arithmetic expression must be manageable/changed whenever needed by the admin.

I m looking for someone that knows drupal and can customize a simple 7 page template for me...
