I am looking for a PHP expert/specialist to intergrate website on functional template that is partly coded to already fully designed CSS/HTML design.
a. It will be better if the person integrating is a real PHP guru and understand E-Commerce applications
b. You have very good skills/experiences to develop/customize some simple functions/extension, to the working E-commerce template
c. Guaranteed on time/fast delivery. 100% commitment
d. He/she will use the coded HTML/CSS files in the E-Commerce application, the code must be clean, and bug free.
h. Good SEO skills
i. Can work long time online or at weekend in some special cases.
k. Graphic design skills required but not compulsory. Please show some samples.

Please note that price for invitation card website without design work, budget our budget is $ 30-120, as most of the hard job is done already, I just need slight modification to it. no extra/complex functions involved., because the template I bought has got all the main functions integrated, and partily coded, very straight-forward and simple.

I do have a very tight budget, so please keep this in mind when bidding. Also, I do have experience in web design, so I do know this project is simple and not at all complicated. I would do it myself but I just do not have the time.
