CMS villa rental and bookings website

Dear reader, For a client of ours we are looking to outsource the realisation of the complete CMS and booking website. To see the complete project please visit the old website www.villasud.nl. In the new website all excisting items will returnin the new website, but with there will be a "add to favorite" module added. Also all villa information elements have to be added. The system needs to check villa availability when people want to book a villa. We also want to the possibilty in the future to do online booking by creditcard, but this is not necessary for now ( would be nice to get a sub estimate on this module if possible) For the homepage a simple Jquiry image slider with text, and manageble via the CMS. The redesign of the website wil be be done by our own designstudio and will be handed over in layered psd files. W3 certified HTML etc has to be done you. The CMS must be preferably build in for example TYPO3 php or other opensource PHP language. This is only because we want to able to further develop the site even if the CMS-developer in no longer available for services. But ofcourse we are willing to commit to the deleoper as long as possible. Also looking for quality linkbuilding while builing this CMS and the SEO optimised code and structure ( as far as possible we will give a good PDF website treestructure) Please give realistic quote for this project we are not looking for the cheapest builder, but more for a relaiable, skilled and good portfolio builder. |
