We need to create a flash based peer-to-peer video chat application, which would fall back to FMS or Wowza if direct connection is not possible. The idea can be simply described as video-based helpdesk. Whenever a help desk person logs on to the web site, he becomes "available". Whenever a client logs on, his flash-based app tries to connect to provider's flash app directly. If connection cannot be established, it falls back to FMS.
We do not need a complete system, just configurable flash part, which we then can embed in the workflow presented on web pages. Flash apps (client and help desk person part) must have configurable parameters, such as an URL used for session intiation (address of the peer), FMS address to stream webcam video/audio feed, size.

the idea is that the final product would work in Iphone, Ipad, Android, Mac, PCs and Linux, because all of them support HTML5.
The communication SHOULD BE PEER-TO-PEER; OpenTok is an example of NON peer-to-peer videoconference: it have TONS of latency and therefore, "echo". What I need is peer-to-peer communication to avoid that latency.

Flashcoms Flash Video Chat Integration
users logged into the site will automatically be logged in to chat. The program uses RED5 server, which is set up OK, but need someone who can set up all of the "handlers / hooks" to our SQL site database. Once the chat is running, would need further help to ensure that each site member has display "I'm online" icon in their profile, and other links to the video chat system.

Clarifications:
The files will not be on the server. Only the peers will have the actual files. If it is possible the server will update the status of the files when the a client makes a connection (peer count of users have the file and when they dont have it, or move it etc), however it is not necessary.
