read outlook calander and send commands to dailer

i use and have a outlook exchange account.
i use the calender function and put all my appointments in there.
i need you to create a program, that can connect to outlook, or outlook exchange account, and read the appointments daily. your program needs to look for certain keywords in the events(appointments).
example if it finds the word, "call" and number "8189995555" then your program needs to send a command to a simple phone dialer calling program i have, which will call the client and play a pre-recorded message. so it will call 8189995555 and play audio message.
this project is easy as long as:
1. you can access and read the events in outlook/exchange.
2. the next thing is to send command to the dialer software.
you program doesnt need to run all the time. it only needs to run one a day, and close. we can run the program using the windows scheduler.
the phone dialer program is a simple program that can be trigger by methods.
