Static Website top banner, navigation and home page template

Our client www.stimulum.ca has a site that needs to be improved. A better top banner (illustration or image based) and one static home page only template needs to be created. Perhaps a site such as http://www.vigaplus.com/index.php might be a guide for the template (950px wide, centered with edge shadow, … not to be copied, just as a guide). The overall design must be tasteful, not provocative and improve conversion. Delivery of the PSD file is required for the top banner. |

Design of Flash Intro and Home Page

On the home page, instead of dropdown menus, there will be icon menus again with greenish and environment friendly theme.

g for someone who can design me a custom logo, background and home page and possibly a skin. The logo, background and home page will be basic graphics, maybe a rotating logo. the homepage will be basic as well, links to the forums, sign in/registration link, other links and background.
