iPhone eBook Reader App

Features I would like include:

Contents / index page,
Chapter / Page navigation (e.g. forward a chapter, forward a page, back a chapter, back a page),
Remember the last page viewed when closed and jump straight to it,
Auto scrolling,
Ability to stop the iPhone from sleeping (optional setting for user)


I do not need an icon, or graphics for the default.png.

We are looking for iPhone eBook application that is visually and functionally as good or better than the kindle application.

The only addition to the fully functioning ebook is that you must create a function called page. This function will be passed the text from the page of ebook.

Therefore I need an iPhone and iPad app, with XCode sources, which I could use as an template for building other eBook apps.
