g and getting it into an optimised web format on top but it could be quite lucrative IF you have the access to vehicles. If we can get this going smoothly & efficiently there could be up to 200 models to cover (with new ones coming up as they are released)

If we struggle to find reviewers with easy access to cars, we would consider paying on an ad-hoc basis.

The site must be able to track views,have an admin area for stats, offer an ad network for advertisers, and function basic that are visible on the listed sites above.

The content will be programmed into the system through the admin section. The content can be programmed on a 24 hours per day 365 days per week, in different languages (English Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean). The videos will have sub titles associated with the different languages.

I want to rotate my video content on a daily bases. I have 60 videos, each day one video should be added and one video should be removed from my member section and public page. This means all my static html pages need to be adjusted so that video description all a href links will will be altered automatically every day. I need someone to write the script for me, preferable in php and if a database is required, setup a mySQL database.

I will give you a list of sites where you can get video content, and ftp access to where to upload them. After they are
uploaded you will need to go into the admin and name, choose category and import them into the system.

Please do not embed them or use an embedding script or link to the videos. I want the actual flv file on the server. You will be paid only after the videos are uploaded and verified.

types of DailyMotion Accounts are Killed very Fast, so I Prefer Accounts made by Hand. Changing IP's AND Deleting Browser Cookies, on Each DailyMotion Account Created and Uploaded to....THIS is a MUST!!!

Please NOTE: You will need to resize the Videos Before Uploading. I will supply a simple program for doing this. These videos have been uploaded before and must be trimmed by a few frames to avoid the Duplicate Filter at DailyMotion.
