I am hiring someone for 3 hours of consultation. We will talk via skype and you MUST have a webcam. Your English should be pretty good - I do not require perfection.
I have a small English tutoring business with website. I am having difficulty, making it easy for customers to pay me. Most of my customers are Korean. My customers already read English well - so no payment translation is needed. Currently, clients pay via a bank transfer or western union or xoom.com - but it is expensive. I have no merchant account - I operate in my name - not a business name. My dream would be to have a Korean customer pay via credit card - but that may never be a possibility.
I do not want to go through the process of getting a business license.
I need a way for customers to get payment to me (the average payment will be $ 100) the easiest way possible with the lowest fees. I am an American citizen living in the Philippines and I have a Bank Account here. I have a Paypal account here - but it was limited - and now Paypal is requiring lots of documentation. I don't want to use my USA based Paypal account due to tax reasons.
Can you help me figure out a way to accept payments easily from my clients?

looking for solution to Place order from Multicharts to MT4
1)I found the attached mq4 on line, written and maybe someone is doing it already, but I don't know how it works. I f this way works, I need someone can teach step by step how to do this way.
