Extjs web based management system

Hi! We are looking for one or two programmers to help with programming and customizing our web based system. The ideal candidate must have the following qualities: - Is responsive and available to start immediately - Be able to work fast yet diligently - Team Player - Must have strong PHP,AJAX,ExtJs and MySQL skills - Be familiar with source control revision tools (Git) - Python skills is big PLUS We will provide the specific project details after brief discussion through the PM. All work is to be done with revisions to our specifications. - All projects are confidential and we require full rights to the work produced. - We require you to sign a NDA (Non disclosure agreement) - Work to be done in the development environment of your choosing, I prefer to use Netbeans - Frequent status updates must be posted on our flyspray bug and issue tracking tool - Communication through online workspace only (E-mail or via online chat - google talk or skype) -Should dedicate him/herself at least 6-8 hours a day on this project - Payment upon completion of project and complete satisfaction approval. - No upfront payments - No Escrow. We have already an established and huge framework to work from and the MySQL database already has more than 47 tables all with strict referential integrity in place. A very skilled programmer will soon identify that most of the work will be copy and paste with some modifications. The majority of the coding will be in extjs and php. A brief description how the system works: -The user clicks on an ADD CLIENT button -An extjs window pops up with edit fields -The user SUBMITS the form to the server via php by clicking on the extjs SAVE button -PHP updates the MySQL database client table with the info -PHP sends back json encoded array with SUCESS or FAILURE -Extjs Json Reader decodes the result and shows appropriate message (I HAVE ATTACHED SOME SOURCE CODE) Like previously mentioned the code for this already exist! except it does so for the ADD USER,or ADD TAX feature I am the head developer on the system and I know how everything should work. There is still a lot to be done, although I am more than capable to do the work I have been set a tight deadline, so any help is much appreciated. We are a very small South African based company and we really don't have a big budget, we really have a extjs skills shortage in SA thats why I am giving freelancer a shot ;-) We can discuss payment using the PM system. en opens up their calendar for the month and they can see previous or future months a swell. I want each person to have an account to log in with.
As for the admin section, I would need to be able to add information to any artists calendar and be able to access their calendars too. This would allow me to organise the business better than give my artists a quick overview of their upcoming gigs throughout the weeks and months.
