Hi there,
I need a simple website CMS system built for a website service I provide to sales people.
I need my members to be able to edit their websites content, text, etc. easily from a backend CMS system that is super easy to understand and doesn't require a big learning curve. I already have the websites built I just need someone to build the backend CMS system with something like nicedit.com or if you know of a better solution I'm open to suggestions.
I have attached a detailed description of what I need to this job.
I can have my staff duplicate the CMS system for now and would also be interested in having the person(s) who gets this job building out a backend portal where I could manage the sites and people who get access to them from a backend admin panel. If you could do that too please let me know. However this is NOT part of this job. That would be bid on separately (with a separate bid too) and created after this project is complete.

This template should be highly customizable in aspect of its graphical features. I should be able to choose new background,header etc.

Build a simple website for a small business

together a simple, but beautiful Site. It must be fast loading and be easy to update with new content (even by end-user with little experience). I don't really mind whether it will be Joomla, WP or straight out HTML based site, although I would like to hear your suggestions and reasons for why you make those suggestions.

Help developing simple customised CMS with PHP/MySQL
isterable from the backend as I will need to create a lot of pages. Each web page will follow the same layout/template and only requires certain segments of the page to be edited for fast deployment.The features are very few to begin with but down the track I plan to add more functionality which can be negotiated after this initial project is completed.

We are looking for a coder to build a simple cms, or adapt an existing cms for our use. The cms must be designed to be easy to use for people with minimal technological know-how.
The web app is already designed and in use. It's built on the iWebKit framework, using html and css. We need the CMS to simply allow users to edit text, add pages, add simple buttons to link from the pages and so on.
